The Farm at Wolf Pine Hollow Photography Rules During Public Events
These rules apply to all forms of visual recording, including photography and videography.
These rules apply when the Farm is open for public events. When there is no public event, the Farm is closed to the general public, including photographers.
You can only access the public areas of the Farm. You may not enter any of the areas marked “Closed,” “Do Not Enter,” “Employees Only,” “Staff Only,” or any areas in and around the private Farmstay residences or equipment storage areas. Public areas include the fields (inside the deer fence), the Landing, and the Pond Loop Trail.
Please respect the natural environment, the flowers and any other crops we are growing. Please supervise children and ensure their adherence to this and all other Farm Rules.
Any tulips picked for photography purposes must be paid for at the standard price per stem.
Clothing/costume changes are limited to one per visit.
All props and equipment must be carried to your photoshoot location. Props or equipment that cannot be carried easily should not be used. Props and trash must be removed when leaving.
The use of drones is not permitted.
Please be courteous and polite to all staff, visitors and guests.
The Farm reserves the right to halt any photography sessions deemed by the Farm to be disruptive or inappropriate or which do not otherwise follow these Rules.
The Farm is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings.
