LavenderFête 2024
July 5 @ 9:00 am - July 14 @ 5:00 pm
FreeJuly 5th through July 14th each day 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Come celebrate all things lavender and enjoy the experiences that made us New Hampshire Magazine’s “Adventure Farm 2023.”
Stop by Lavender Ridge where our 3,200 young lavender plants are growing and blooming. It’s our first year sharing them with the public. They aren’t fully mature yet, but we just couldn’t wait.
Watch lavender machine demonstrations, and shop for lavender in bundles, sachets, and wreaths. There will be delicious edible treats such as lavender chocolates, popcorn, syrup and shortbread. There will also be lavender-inspired soaps, candles, and much more.
Our Tasting House will be open for take-out lunches for picnicking around the farm, and drinks including wine, mead, mocktails, and frappes (“milkshakes” if you’re not from New England). Or treat yourself to a cup of Hayward’s ice cream. You can visit with our goats (including our two babies), sheep and chickens.
Enjoy the views from our Overlook and stroll by our orchards, berry bushes, and our trellises draped with table grapes and kiwiberry vines. And open to the public for the first time this year will be the Pond Loop Trail—a forested half-mile walk around our five-acre beaver pond. A serene pond-side pine grove is a perfect spot for lunch or communing with nature.
Entrance to the farm is free. Parking is limited, however, so we may be unable to accommodate visitors without a parking reservation. Parking reservations are in one hour time slots (except for the 3:00 p.m., which is only a half hour). You can arrive and park at any time during your reserved time slot. Once parked, you may stay as long as you like up until we close at 5:00 p.m. Make your free parking reservations now:
